Confused About 'Views' on citeHR? How to Navigate HR Topics Effectively

Good Morning All, I am a new member of citeHR. I have some doubts about this site. How can I access HR topics in detail? I am currently researching all the threads first. On the first page of threads, there are two options: replies and views. I understand the replies option, but what does the views option indicate? Please explain it to me.

Further to what Ms. (Cite Contribution) has explained so lucidly, you wanted to know about the terms "replies" and "views." The former is what you already understand—replies or responses in the form of posts by our members.

The second term "views" indicates HOW MANY TIMES the thread has been VIEWED (or seen) by the members. A thread having a large number of VIEWS within a very short time is considered a "Popular" thread. On the other hand, if a thread is able to elicit a large number of REPLIES in comparison to the Views, then it's considered an "Active" thread.

Additionally, if you wish to view the posts on a region/location-wise basis, go to HOME and select the Country, Location, and you will find the posts made by the members from that specific location/region.
