Like to do Phd in HR - how to start this process?

I completed MBA- HR by 2o11. I also worked as Hr executive for one year. Now i decide to enter in academic line. I want to do Phd in Tamilnadu. How to start this process. Expecting suggestions.

If u decided to do Ph.d in HR,
1.Choose your field and topic in which you are interested,like T&D,Recruitment etc be specific.
2.Choose your university,in which university you would like to do your Ph.D.
3.Then find the guide, that is the most important thing to pursue Ph.D.
This the first step that you need to do right now. Further guidence will be given by your Ph.D guide itself.
