I am here seeking out your guidance on the performance analysis and appraisal methods. Please go through the below detailed scenario and provide your valuable guidance.
I am working as a HR executive with an IT Software product and Services company, from last 1.1 years and the resource count have raised for about 40% from the time I have joined this company, where in the current head count is 24 people.
Developers and Designers- 18
Sales Team- 3
Accountant-1
Quality Assurance/Testing-1
HR- 1
Mar-June is the period of appraisal this year and am stuck with the procedure to implement as I am not much aware of performance analysis and appraisal tools. The only method I have framed out for time being and implemented so far is 360 degree competency based performance appraisal, with constraints of Organizational Behavior, Quality and Delivery of the work and accountability. PFA for the evaluation sheet in detail for the reference.
Since I am new to this practices, I am confused ?:| whether this can serve the 100% to the proper analysis or is there any thing better I have to do, to get the best out. And, I even wanted to have a common protocol /Method for the performance analysis of all employees irrespective of the departments, where in my Evaluation sheet can serve /represent majorly for the developers.
So. Please guide me a best practice for Performance evaluation and appraisal as per my request and would be expecting a solution oriented replies from your end.
