Nowadays, the customer is the king/god, etc. Only 4% of customers may be tough to handle, but all types of complaints should be taken seriously and handled using the Why-Why Analysis since customer complaints are a gift. They can lead to improvements in our product quality and service quality. This is a good resource for training people on how to handle different types of customers. Thank you for sharing.
