Hi, I am working as a Lead HR for 22 months. I am planning to enroll in some HR courses that will help me in my career growth. I have heard about SAP HR. Could you please provide me with details about this course? If I take this course at Siemens, will there be a job guarantee?

I am unsure whether it would be wise to invest a significant amount in the SAP course, or if I should consider other courses instead.
