I am happy to inform you that I have secured an HR job in a new company. My first task involves managing salaries in the automobile industry, which has different calculation policies. I require your assistance in setting up formulas for the salary sheet as the current ones are challenging to comprehend.

Key Steps for Salary Management

- **Late Time (LT):** Three late times are permissible, and beyond that, we need to deduct half a day's salary.
- **Half Day:** Deduct half a day's salary for partial leaves.
- **Sunday Present:** Either pay full day salary or adjust it with absences.
- **Leaves:** Adjust leaves with the opening leave balance. If the leave balance is zero, consider it as an absence for deduction.
- **Closing Leaves:** Calculate the closing leave balance and carry it forward to the next month.
- **Deductions:** Include deductions for advances, mobile, and deposits.
- **ESI/PF Calculations:** Ensure proper calculations for ESI and PF.
