Need Help To Manage Salary Sheet - Xls Download

Dear All,

All of you will be happy to know that I got a HR job in new company. The first task I got is to make Salaries. This is a automobile Industry so calculation policies are different. I need your help to manage this salary sheet. I need some Formulas setting bcoz old one is very difficult to understand.

The steps are:-

Late Time (LT):- 3 late time (LT) are considerable and after that we need to deduct half day salary.

Half Day:- for Half day need to deduct half day salary.

Sunday Present: Need to pay full day salary or can adjust with Absents.

For leaves:- Leaves have to be adjusted with Opening leave balance. If leave balance is zero then consider it as absent to deduct amount.

Closing leaves:- Need to calculate closing leave and carry forward it for next month.

Advances deduction

Mobile deduction

Deposit deductions

Then ESI / PF calculation.
