Hello, I am working as a HR executive in company. Please suggest me salary slabs as per minimum wages act. eg. Basic - ?, D.A - ?, HRA- ?, Conveynce- ?, Other - ?
Generally Basic is 40% to 50 % of Gross
HRA is 20% of basic
conveyence around 1000 (depends on comp)
Special allowance (adjustable)
Medical allowance etc

Hello,
The minimum wages is not universal; it varies according to the job type, industry and location. Better to refer your respective state laws on minimum wages. What Mr. Dixit suggested is a general industry practice, and I second him.
