Struggling with Legal Battles and Job Demands: How Can I Manage HCL's Notice Period?

Hi, I was working with HCL Comnet and living with my wife in a rented flat. My sweet, lovely wife has put a false 498a case against me. Due to these false cases, I had to fight in another state. So, I had to resign from the job. I resigned from HCL before completing one year and could not complete the 90 days' notice. I have requested HCL for a full and final settlement. I have sent them the hospital discharge summary of my wife's suicide attempt when I was working with HCL. Now, the company is trying to recover 1.8 Lakhs (1-month salary + variable salary to recover because I have not completed one year + notice 90 days purchased + paid leave) from me. I do not have money. I am jobless and harassed by false cases by my wife, and HCL is also harassing me.

Please suggest how I can serve the notice period because I have to go to court/police station almost every day. How can I serve the notice period with night shifts in another city and fight these cases in parallel? I have to ignore these notices from HCL.
