Unique Personality Test For Coporate Employee/ MGT Students

rtripathi01
Dear All,

Happy New Year !

Allow me to introduce a personality testing programme (PTP) which will help your students / aspirants to evaluate, explore and understand the various parameters of the personality. The personality test programme includes tests for Need Pattern, Communication Style, Leadership Style. Ego State Profile and Cohesive Decision Making.

It will help the participant to understand that which Ego state is out of proportion and what is the Adult Ego State? What are the dominating need patterns? Whether he is a Task oriented leader or Relationship oriented or mixed? His communication style is Directive, Non- Committal, Humanistic or Participative? Is he a cohesive decision maker?

Guess who is not interested to know this knowledge about himself?

Some tests of PTP have potential to scale down the various attributes of the participant and point out the strong as well as weak area to be focus upon. Whereas some test will just guide the dominating traits and will lead him to understand the behavior pattern. PTP also help the participant to justify and understand the particular behavior pattern which is dominating so far. Personality Development Programme (PDP) after thorough PTP is conducted, evaluated and analyzed properly is better approach as counseling can be more effective and fruitful after PTP

Being a certified Personality Development trainer from CSTRI, (Centre For Staff Training and Research Institute) , I am certain that you agree that once your management graduates will start working in the competitive corporate world they will require a confident & developed personality along with academic excellence.

As I understand you are a busy person, I will be happy to meet with you at your convenience to discuss exactly how PTP can benefit your management institution.

You can reach me at 09810374848 at any time.
