There are several measures to try; ESAT (Employee Satisfaction Review) is most preferred as it helps to identify the areas where employee engagement might be a concern.

If I may suggest, we, the seniors, should set an example for students who keep seeking answers with single or double-line questions without providing much information about the background to the question. Also, we should mention what we have done so far to find the answers or, even better, express our views and then seek help to improve our knowledge and understanding.

For example, I am no HR expert. However, upon reading the questions, I searched the web and found two links that interested me. The title itself is self-explanatory.
