Hi All, Ours is a private limited company. Until last year, we were working six days a week with the 2nd and 4th Saturday off and used to provide 18 paid leaves in a year, which equals 1.5 leaves per month.
Starting this year, we are planning to transition to a five-day working format. Could you please advise on the appropriate number of paid leaves that should be allowed in this case?
