How Do I Calculate Gratuity for a Colleague with 154 Leave Days Under UAE Law?

One of my colleagues has completed 4 years and 10 months, and he has taken 154 days of leave during his employment period. Could you please help me calculate his indemnity as per UAE rules?

Employment Details

Date of Joining: 28.02.2008
Last Working Day: 20.01.2013
Number of leave taken in his employment period: 154 Days. Out of these, 34 days are LOP.

Please assist me in calculating his gratuity as per UAE Labor Law.

This LOP should be deducted from the total number of working days. What would be his total eligible leave as per UAE law?
