HR in an IT company - Diploma or Certificate Course in Human Psychology or something like that?

Hi, I am an HR in an IT company.. I have 3 years of experience and want to go for some additional course that can help me in my job... like a diploma in Human Psychology or something like that...Please suggest something useful.

It is always advisable to decidewhat you want to be or what you want to specialise in HR and so that you can choose those courses rthat are relevantto your area of inerest rather than indulging in random choices.
