I have recently joined as an Executive - HR at an advertising agency with a team of around 40. We are based in Gujarat, and the staff is quite young. Get the "insight" from your 40 staff members. They are the best people to tell you what they want. Once they have given their input, you can then determine which suggestions are feasible (e.g., within a certain budget, acceptable by management, etc.). Carrying out suggestions made by staff improves communication and employee satisfaction. It is also one of the ways to enhance employee engagement.
