We are planning to launch a buddy program in our organization. I need some ideas on creating awareness among employees to be a buddy. Should we consider a teaser campaign or share motivational quotes? How can I effectively create awareness to encourage maximum participation?

Enhancing Awareness for the Buddy Program

Posters and emailers are a must; however, please consider incorporating short role-plays to launch it in every Business Unit. Even a word association contest or a collage, with the 'Buddy-program' as its central theme, during the launch will create greater participation and acceptance of the program.
