The challenges from workforce diversity, with reference to India, stem from gender diversity, linguistic diversity, cultural diversity, and age-related diversity. This is particularly evident in IT/ITES companies, where a younger generation is present in considerable numbers alongside a sprinkling of middle-aged workforce.

You need to study the challenges posed by diversity in the workplace and how best they can be handled. Approaches and methods like reorientation of attitudes, counseling, or cross-cultural get-togethers can help employees better understand each other.

What do you do and who is the paper aimed at? If you are going to write a scholarly article or paper, then you should conduct a literature survey first to see what others have done, how, and why they did it that way. Collecting just anecdotal evidence from members at CiteHR may not suffice.

Thank you for your suggestion, sir. However, I believe that in dealing with literature, it is important to shed light on some practical problems as well. I am a professor and am writing a research paper for the first time. Please guide me.
