Dear Seniors,
In our firm four people were joined on temporary basis & within that month they left the organization.We deducted their PF amount for that month .It was in FEB2012 & their pf slips were also generated for the year 2011-12.
But our hr person by mistaken gave the same pf account no. (of the left out people) to the newly joined employees in the month of jun2012. Their pf amount has been deducted against the same account no. till now . After that also many new employees joined to our organization.
Now I want to know whether these four people will suffer in future when they apply for pf withdrwal claim .can we keep the same account nos.or will be needed to change? If it is so please help me how to do this so that our employees will get the benefit without any troble.
Their form 5 revised will not match now?Because two people got the same account no.
Please help me out to resolve this problem. With great hopes I put my query here please reply to this.
