Considering a Distance Learning Course in Labour Law? Seeking Advice from Fellow HR Professionals

Hi, I am an MBA-HR working as a Manager. I am proficient in corporate HR but lack expertise in Labour Laws. Therefore, I am considering pursuing a course in Labour Law through distance learning. Your advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Immediately, you should buy a book on "LABOUR LAWS" by Prof. HL Kumar and continue to read it. This will be of immense help to you in understanding Labour Laws in India. Also, buy a full set of all Acts and Rules and keep reading. You may get back to me for any further guidance on Labour Laws understanding.
