Head HR Is Equivalent To Dy.Manager/Asst.Manager???

Subject - Head HR is equivalent to Dy.Manager/Asst.Manager???
Head of HR position is very company to company. It is the most senior position. One company head of HR could be GM but another company the Head of HR is bearing the position Manager or Sr. Manager. one may be join in a company as the Head of HR, he may holds the position as Sr. Manager after getting promotion he may holds the position as AGM or DGM or GM as Head of HR. It has to be defined in the service rule or in the HR manual.

It depend upon the size of oganization.The designation like HR-Head does not specify the exact rank but the authority one posses.It could be any body,may it be senior manager or Asst manager.

The position of Head HR or HR Head is senior to Sr Manager (HR) and below to Chief(HR). Head HR is one who is heading all HR functions of the division or organisation, their job is apart from IR.
