With out closing the PF account you can apply loan from PF Authority
Criteria for the PF Loan are:
Eligibility:
Minimum 05 years for taking the housing loan or 07 years for taking marriage (or) education loan
Procedure:
1. In case of marriage loan you should enclose wedding card along with Form-31 & cancelled cheque with IFSC Code ( eligible service is 07 years)
2. In case of housing loan you should enclose documents of the property(seller) along with sale agreement in original in 100Rs. Non Judicial stamp paper, EC for 18 years along with cancelled cheque with IFSC Code to Form-31 (eligibility service is 05 years)
3. In case of Educational loan you should enclose estimation fee particulars for year wise from College/ University/ educational Institution to Form-31( eligible service is 07 years)
