This is yet another example of how hastily new methods are introduced with completely impractical deadlines. The communication states that the details of Aadhaar numbers of all subscribers in the 43 districts are to be obtained and linked before 31st December, i.e., within the next two days, one of which is a holiday! Getting an Aadhaar card itself is an uphill task.
