Crafting Employee Contracts for Nigeria and Uganda: What Insurance Clauses Should Be Included?

I am looking for a contract letter format for employees in West African countries. My current company operates in Nigeria and Uganda, and is involved in the manufacturing of metal alloys and mining. From India, we send employees overseas.

Insurance Clauses in Employee Contracts

I would like to know what insurance clauses (medical, housing, etc.) should be included in the contract. Please respond.
