Error Handling in Correspondence
Purpose
The workflow Error Handling Correspondence (ERROR PD-SCM) informs administrators when errors occur in the automatic output of notifications. The administrator responsible receives a message to this effect in the workflow inbox, enabling him or her to output the correspondence manually.

Prerequisites
You have activated the switch WORKF ACTIV with a value of X in table T77S0.
The workflow is started when one of the following problems occurs:
- Lacking authorization
- Missing parameters (plan version, notification abbreviations, and so on)
- Missing form
- Form not allowed for user (user group)
- Incorrect recipient
- Missing address/name of output medium
- Missing data for required text variables

Result
The administrator receives a notification in his or her workflow inbox to output the correspondence concerned manually.
