How To Prepare Salary Slips - Please Help Me

I am working in an IT company as an hr cum admin but I don’t know how to prepare the salary slip.
Please tell me, is it an important part of an hr work.
If yes then please tell me from where I learn it.

Conveyance allowance is said to be 800/- per mensem and 9600/- per annum as it is considered to be the non-taxable amount. It is not that the employer wouldn't pay the amount beyond the stipulated but the amount paid above this amount need to be properly claimed with the bills. It depends on the kind of vehicle used by the employee as reimbursement on precondition.
