Internal and External Faculty Feedback
1.0 If it is internal faculty, it reaches him through HR. With the feedback, he would perform better.
2.0 If it is external, the company can decide to continue or not with the same faculty.
3.0 HR can analyze how the same program has generated different levels of comprehension and learning amongst the participants.
