Need Help with 2013 IT Holiday List and Mandatory Employee Holidays – Any Guidance?

Can somebody guide me with the holiday list for the IT setup for 2013? Also, I wanted to know how many total holidays in a year are mandatory to be given to employees. Awaiting response.

- Gudhi Padwa: 11-Apr-2013
- Maharashtra Day: 1-May-2013
- Ramazan Eid: 9-Aug-2013
- India Independence Day: 15-Aug-2013
- Ganesh Chaturthi: 9-Sep-2013
- Anant Chaturdashi: 18-Sep-2013
- Gandhi Birth Anniversary: 2-Oct-2013
- Eid-ul-Zuha (Bakri Eid): 16-Oct-2013
- Diwali: 4-Nov-2013
- Diwali (Bhai Duj): 5-Nov-2013
- Christmas Day: 25-Dec-2013
