Soft Skills - Skills Workshop

Hello Everyone!!!
I am planning to have a small sessioned workshop on Soft Skills. Can anyone provide me the links/references/material for the workshop??

Well, soft skills is a very wide area including interpersonal skills, sales skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, cross cultural skills, leadership skills, presentation skills and many many more. All of these are as different from each other as chalk and cheese.
We first need clarity about exactly which soft skill are you talking about.

Dear Sir, I am mainly looking material for- Time Management (General), Problem Soving (For Team), Communication Skills, Negotiation & Assertiveness skills.
More over I am planning a workshop, therefore I am looking some practicle exercises and activities for the participants.
