Hello Everyone! I am planning to have a small sessioned workshop on Soft Skills. Can anyone provide me with the links/references/material for the workshop?

Understanding Soft Skills

Soft skills encompass a broad area that includes interpersonal skills, sales skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, cross-cultural skills, leadership skills, presentation skills, and many more. All of these skills are as different from each other as chalk and cheese. We first need clarity about exactly which soft skills you are referring to.

I am mainly looking for material on Time Management (General), Problem Solving (For Team), Communication Skills, Negotiation, and Assertiveness skills. Moreover, I am planning a workshop; therefore, I am looking for some practical exercises and activities for the participants.
