New to HR? How Do I Navigate Annual Statutory Returns Filing?

Please let me know about the Annual Statutory Returns filing. I am new to this job and not aware of any statutory filings.

Hi Rajini, please tell me for which type of organization you are working. Based on the nature of the business, the annual returns change. There are many types of returns, such as:

- ESI Half-yearly returns
- PF annual returns
- Shops & Commercial Establishment Act
- Factory Act returns, etc.

We are registered under the Factories Act, and we are dealers of Toyota Cars. ESI and PF have been done regularly. Apart from this, what other returns need to be filed?

Hi, you should submit both half-yearly and annual returns under the Factories Act at the Karmika Bhavana.
