Hi all,

Please reply and clarify my query. In our state factory rules, we have a provision for renewal of the license, and the provision states that the license is deemed given if the application is made on time as specified in the rule until the factory does not get the renewed license. My query is if the factory applies for an amendment and renewal at the same time, will it be deemed given, or will it amount to not having a license at all?
