I would like to start my career with a HR Job.
Can anyone help me through this?i hav completed MY MBA 2012 passout.i want to face the interviews but no idea about important HR topics,hr qualities&works so pls help me to preparing for interviews.

2) what is your weekness?
3) How you pass your daily routine?
4)What is to day's headline in the news paper?
On HR
keep track of recent developments in HR field across the country
1) What are the challenges confronting HR now?
2) What ,according to you, are the traits required to handle HR?
3)Do you think that HR is only a suport servcie or is it asigificant function like marketing and finance etc?
4)what are the basic HR responsibilities?
On subject
You need to read important provisions of Industrial disputes Act, standing orders Act P.F Act.ESI Act. gratuity Act and Bonus Act as well as prepare about performance mangment, training and Organisational department and organisation behaviour.
