Hi, I need assistance with the following issue regarding the application of my Online Withdrawal Claim Form 19. I am receiving a rejection error stating that the Employer's Form-9 DOJ DOL does not match the PF details.

Current problem with Form-9

The current problem is that the Form-9 should be updated by the employer. In my case, my company, HyperCity Retail India Pvt Ltd, has been sold to Future Group. Consequently, there is no one from the employer's side to update the Form-9 with the correct details.

Moreover, according to my PF details, all dates of joining (DOJ) and date of leaving (DOL) are correct as per the records. Based on this, the Form-10 PF pension withdrawal has already been credited to me. Therefore, I am unsure why the Form-9 issue has been highlighted by EPFO to reject my Form 19 claim.

I need clarity and assistance on this matter. If anybody can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you,

Mahesh Pandit

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am having a small doubt regarding Form-9 in EPFO. Is it that we need to fill one person's details on one page or can we continue with many on one page?

Thanks & Regards,
Anil Kumar V.S.
