I have a small query. If the number of employees is more than 100, is it not compulsory to implement PF? Is it up to the company's discretion to decide whether to implement it or not? Your clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Amit,
If the number of employees is 20 or more, then the company is required to be registered under the PF and ESI Act. Therefore, it is possible that the employee count is less than 20.
