HR timings: In any company or organization, the HR work is the same, and there are no fixed timings for them. It totally depends on workload, generally 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

BPO: Will work on Sunday also, except for the non-voice process, but it should depend on the number of calls being received and made. Proper research should be conducted on the same.

When they need it, hiring in all BPOs does happen round the clock, including Sundays. Don't bother much - prepare well. Good luck.
