Online MBA Programs Without Fixed Exam Centers: Is IICT Lucknow a Good Choice?

What about IICT Lucknow's online MBA program? It is autonomous. Could you advise me on online MBA programs where there is no need to take exams at a specific center at a specific time but rather have the facility to take online end-semester exams? Please advise.
