Public and Festival Holidays in Delhi: What Are the Rules for Private Companies?

Hi, can anyone tell me what the list of public and festival holidays applicable in Delhi is for a private limited company? Awaiting to hear from you soon.

According to the Act, there are 5 national holidays and 5 other festival holidays to be announced.

With reference to your query, please obtain the gazette notification of Holidays from the Labour Department of your concern. Accordingly, you have to frame National Holidays, which are compulsory, and other festival Holidays as per your requirement under the Delhi Factories National and other festival Holidays Act Rules.

Hi guys, I have a small doubt. If our company is registered in India, we have to register the list of holidays. However, our company is a tunneling company with a joint venture. The HR of the other company says that since we are located in the same office, we will be registered under the name of the joint venture only. Is this correct, or should we register under the Shops and Establishment Act since the company is established in India?
