It depends on the volume and size of the company's business. To my knowledge, Ashok Leyland is engaged with 52 contractors for various activities inside the premises, such as catering, HK, tech, security, etc. Outsourcing is now a trendsetter.

Who purchases stamp paper for entering into an agreement with labor contractors? Is it the responsibility of the employer or the labor contractor?
