How Do I Find If This Payslip Is A Fake Or Not - XLS Download

Mention of company name,employee name,PF A/C,Pension A/C etc. is a must in pay slip.Such details are missing in this pay slip.

How can there be a pay slip which does not bear employer's name or at least a stamp? Contact the previous employer to verify.

It's duplicate.Some companies will pay only cash on hand, so they will make their own payslip (or) they try get more salary ,so make their own payslip.
Better to ask six month bank statement and call to the previous company and confirm with his/her employment.

Keep the subject apart.
I notice that many of them advising to get the salary slip in company letter head with seal and signature of the employer. Do you practically think that is it possible? 99.9% of employers don\'t show interest on these items to the employees who resigned from the organization. They will start referring to the company policy ignoring the future of the employee. Practically, there is no need to care about the employee and also the other employer. So in my experience, I strongly say that no employer will entertain giving such things to one employee.
This is my view.

This pay slip is fake there are so many reasons kindly ask him submit last three month pay slip in original format.

Its not a salary slip but an extract.
The clarification has been given, (inside the thread ), that this salary slip originally was in pdf format; however the member posting this query has taken only the relevant portions; omitting the employees name, company and other particulars from the salary slip; and then he has put it in an excel sheet.
It is surprising that some members are still giving their verdict; on the condition that the purported pay slip does not contain these particulars. I urge everyone to go through the complete thread before giving their opinion.

as BASIC VDA,DA.CONVEYANCE,COMPUTER AND MANY MORE ALLOWANCE WHICH IS PAID BY COMPANY NORMS AND ALSO DEDUCTION You can search through their respective attendance register and verifying their salary slip it is made as per their attendance you must verified their employee ID, which is provide by your company, so that you may be less stress to find out the fake payslip
