New to HR in Manufacturing: How Do I Navigate Factories Act, EPF, and ESIC?

Greetings of the day. I am new here in the human resource department. I joined the company a few days ago, a manufacturer. Can anybody help by giving some suggestions about the Factories Act, EPF, ESIC, and other activities? How to file returns and where to submit all these things? Concerns about the department.

Introduction to Your Establishment

First of all, tell us what type of establishment yours is. Is it a company or a firm? How much is your manpower? What is your HR setup in your firm? What are your responsibilities there, and what do you expect from us? Do you have specific queries?
