How to Quickly Organize a Security Awareness Program and Drill at Work?

We would like to organize a Security Awareness Program & Drill in our company. Please advise on how to proceed.

First, list out the notified emergencies as per your company's emergency policy and prepare a list of target trainees according to the emergencies. Provide special training to them. Also, practice your drill in each department and conduct OJT before starting the drill. After the partial drill is completed, conduct an overall drill with government agencies like the fire department. If it is a security bomb drill, coordinate with the police. Plan according to your management's requirements.
