New HR in a Small Textile Company: How Do I Handle PF, ESI Calculations, and 2013 Holidays?

Dear Seniors, I am a fresher and I don't know about PF, ESI calculation, and my company is very small. I am the first HR person here. We are a textile company. Recently, we changed from a firm to a Pvt Ltd. So, please guide me on all HR basics. We are going to start ESI & PF, so please help me mainly with calculations and the 2013 holidays.
