I thought you ran a company in Delhi with about 350+ people and that you are looking to outsource your payroll activities. I have an email from you that clearly states the same. Maybe the email was to gather information on costing, legalities, contracts, etc. It would be more mature to request such information directly rather than using such a modus operandi and wasting everyone's time.
