How Do You Draft a Termination Clause for Fake Documents in Appointment Letters?

Hi, Guys, can anyone help in drafting a clause related to termination for false document submission or forged employment documents in the appointment letter? We want to add this clause to our appointment letter and require your help in drafting it.

In case it is noticed by us that the certificates or documents submitted by you for obtaining employment in our organization are forged, you shall be terminated from the service, and necessary legal action will be taken against you.

Kindly note that your employment with the company is purely based on the representations made and information and documents furnished by yourself. In case of any deviation found in the declaration, information, or documents provided, and their factual status, your services may be subject to termination with immediate effect. You shall not be entitled to any notice period, salary in lieu thereof, or any other benefits or compensation that would have otherwise been available to you."

Submission of fake documents is very painful. Getting a job through cheating is unacceptable. One should demonstrate their knowledge to obtain food, not rely on falsified documents. In private employment, knowledge holds more value than mere educational qualifications. Nowadays, employers often seek references or recommendations for appointments, making the assessment of genuine talent less clear. The verification process involves many complications.

In my opinion, adding false information to one's job application is not advisable. Concealing information can lead to misconduct on the employee's part.
