Processes Involved In Onsite Placement In Norway - DOC Download

My company has onsite business opportunity in Norway, we would required to take people on contractual bases and place them in Norway on behalf our client.
Can anyone tell me what are the processes and procedures involved in it i.e. work permit, legalities with the contractual employees and Client too etc.. others too..
