i am From Pakistan and Doing B.B.A
Pak-Aims Institute of Management Sciences
its a higher Education Commission Charted institute you can Google it, by typing "Pak-Aims institute Lahore" while concentration subjects are Human Resource management and in two of majors subjects Include are
1) Effective Training
2) HR Staffing
and for Effective Training, I have to Training employees of a Company (ZTE Pakistan ) on Leadership
my focus group are Line Manager and Working Engineers
i interviewed them, T.N.A, Gaps...
