Hi all, please tell me how to prepare a payslip in Excel without any deductions from the salary for $10,000 per month. My senior instructed me to prepare one, but I don't have an idea about this. Please let me know; it's very urgent.
For the total salary of Rs. 10,000/- as per the Karnataka PT Act, PT of Rs. 150/- is applicable. Moreover, PF and ESI at 7% each are also applicable, but TDS shall be exempted.
Salary Breakdown
Basic: 5000/-
HRA: 3000/-
Medical Allowance: 1250
Conveyance Allowance: 750
Hi Jeevarathnam, thank you for sharing the information. However, it would be better if you could send this format in Excel, with percentages of Basic, HRA, Medical Allowance, and Conveyance Allowance.
