Hi Sacheen,
Excellent.
Correction leads to improvement - a positive effect.
Criticism leads to frustration, repulsion and sometimes becomes a base for a revenge.
All the slides are very good.
Two are outstanding.
One stressing on to focus on the issue and not on the person.
Secondly the Last slide stating that the meeting should end with a PAT and not a kick.

Dear Sacheen,
Good ppt.
Although it is correct, the lot depends on interpersonal relations.
It is always said the person who critises you should be a neighbour.
We have to take it positive so as tom learn from it.
Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir
