Hi Devender,
I have jus now downloaded the attachment posted by u. Have just glanced through it & it looks impressive. Will give more feedback on going through it. But I think its a real shame that though ur doc has been downloaded 55 times, the downloaders have not had the basic courtesy to atleast give their suggestions & feedback. I think people use citeHR only for their selifish motives than to actually share & proliferate knowledge.
I do hope people make better use of this great forum.....
warm regards,
- Archana

This is a great newsletter buddy but i think you have to add contents about your process or domain. A one pager about new things happening in your domain can be added and this can be useful for your employees also.

Hi Devendra,
Excellent Newsletter!
The cover page is the best. Its beautiful !
However for some constructive feedback, let me make one suggestion...
In case you distribute your newsletter online; you can change the font to a Seriff font like Arial or Verdana, coz seriff fonts are easier to read online.
You have used the font PalatinoLinotype-Roman which is a sans seriff font.
If this is meant for print, then its fine.
Read more on google if you cannot understand what Im trying to point out.
Regards,
Shikha
