Creative Thinking Boost: What Activities Can Spark Innovation in a Small Team?

Can anyone suggest what kind of activities could be implemented to improve our creative thinking in the organization of about 25 employees?

Thanks for the reply, and apologies for the late response. Everyone is good at thinking outside the box, but due to work pressure and deadlines, most of them are not opening up their thought processes, which is affecting their work completion. This is increasing their dependency on others.

Suggestions for Creative Thinking Activities

Please suggest some simple and small activities that I can implement. I am planning to do these activities suddenly without prior intimation to them as a surprise.

I suggest organizing a get-together every weekend. Introduce any new joinings, if any. Later, discuss the problems or unsolved issues they are facing so that everyone actively participates. By doing this, we can find solutions to the problems and also foster creativity development.

Please provide more details about your organization in addition to the number of workers. For example, share the nature of your industry and the specific problems you are facing for which you seek creative solutions.
