Seeking Advice on Courses for Transitioning from Talent Acquisition to HR Generalist in Kolkata

I am an HR professional from Jharkhand, currently working in Kolkata in a manpower staffing firm. I hold the position of Talent Acquisition Associate but aim to transition into a generalist role. I am considering pursuing a short-term course in statutory compliance. Can somebody suggest a course that will assist me in my career transition? Additionally, I would like to know about institutions where I can undertake this type of course.

It will definitely help you if you want to move to a generalist HR role. I also suggest you take the initiative to learn basic compliance like PF, ESI, welfare fund, etc., at your workplace. Kolkata must have institutions offering short-term courses. Inquire with law colleges in Kolkata or Kolkata University. If not, you can try Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Industrial Relations course in Kolkata.
