Pl go through the Factories rules made by your state.That will give the names ,formats etc of the registers to be maintained,returns&reports to be submitted .These things will deffer from state to state.

1. Register of Adult workers
2. Register of leave with wages
3. Accident register with forms
4. Muster roll & wage register
5. Inspection book
6. Register of compensatory holidays & overtime

Dear Suresh,
The Factories Act doesn't prescribe any LTA payment. But it provides guidelines as to how leave shall be allowed and pertinent wages u/s.79,80,81. For yr.information there is no concept of LTA in many industry/firms. Mostlym any LTA benefit forms part of Wage settlement pact signed between an employer & employees (union) or by estd. convention in such firms. U may go thro' the Bare Act attached for further study.
